While training in Bend, OR recently, a few friends got together to shoot a few pics:<\/p>\n

Mark DeJohn is my ART therapist in Bend<\/a>. (Active Release Technique is like massage, just better)<\/p>\n

Bob Woodward <\/a>is an iconic Bend character. Photographer, writer, endurance athlete, fly fisherman and one time Bend Mayor. And my neighbor a few years ago…<\/p>\n

SpiderTech<\/a> is a new product Mark works with. Sports tape for injuries & support.<\/p>\n

Woody deftly got the job done and we headed to Brother Jon’s for refreshments. My new favourite:<\/p>\n
